What is LEDO'S QUALITY ROOFING'S workmanship
warranty?
Depending
on the project, they vary from no warranty on emergency repairs and
patch work, to five (5) to ten (10) years on complete systems.
How long can I expect my roof to last?
This is the "Million Dollar Question". Do you perform the necessary
maintenance that should be accomplished on a regular basis? The
answer to this question goes a long way in determining the answer to
the initial question. Generally, single ply sheets are rated for
between 10 and 15 years of serviceable life and built-up roofs have
an additional 6 years or so of extra service. These, of course are
very rough estimates for the reason mentioned above.
How frequently should I inspect my roof?
Generally
speaking, a newer roof should be inspected annually, while a roof
older than 8 to 10 years old should be inspected more often. Most
roofing experts agree on older roofs, inspections should be done in
early spring to assess any damage from winter weather and in early
fall, to detect any damage or deterioration which may have occurred
over the summer. Additional inspections may be required in the event
of unusual weather or events which occur and could lead to damage
such as hail, high winds, snow and ice or severe temperature
conditions.
Do you give free estimates/inspections?
Yes,
all estimates/inspections are free with no obligation. Just give us
a call, or submit the request form on the next page.
What is the best way to minimize the cost of roof repairs?
The
best way to minimize the cost of roof repairs is to prevent damage
and deterioration before it occurs. This means periodically
inspecting the roof and correct any minor repairs before they become
major repairs.
